Your reservation is confirmed in accordance with the Big Chef Reservation & Dining Policies.

To preserve the quality and flow of the Big Chef Curated Dining Experience, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our Reservation & Dining Policies prior to your visit.

These policies include information regarding reservation arrival times, late arrivals, group bookings, guest number confirmations, cancellations, separate cheques, dress code and other dining standards.

Big Chef offers indoor air-conditioned dining for customers. We respectfully suggest smart casual attire. This is a more relaxed option where dress pants, a button-down shirt, and a blazer are acceptable for men. Women can wear a nice dress, skirt and blouse, or dress pants.

We will hold tables for up to 15 minutes after your reserved time, following which your table may be reassigned. Please inform us if you are running late for your reservation, and we will be happy to extend this window.

For guests with children aged 7 and under, we respectfully suggest booking a table between 6:00 and 6:45pm.

To ensure a seamless dining experience and allow our culinary and service teams to prepare accordingly, the following additional conditions apply to reservations of 8 or more guests:

Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your reservation. The confirmed number will be regarded as the guaranteed number for billing purposes.

Cancellations or reductions in guest numbers made within 12 hours of the confirmed reservation time will incur a preparation fee of EC$100 per guest, reflecting ingredients, staffing and preparations already committed to your dining experience.

A maximum of 8 guests may be seated at one table. Larger parties will be accommodated across adjoining tables wherever possible.

Up to two separate cheques are included. Additional cheque splits will incur a fee of EC$20 per cheque.

Arrivals more than 20 minutes after the confirmed reservation time may incur a late arrival fee of EC$25 per guest.
