Beginning 1st August, Big Chef enters a new chapter, welcoming guests five evenings each week. This seasonal rhythm allows us to devote even greater care, creativity and attention to every experience we are privileged to share.
This new season also marks the introduction of our Seasonal Afro-Caribbean Collection—a unique culinary journey inspired by exceptional local ingredients, the farmers, fishermen and artisans who nurture them, and the rich cultural connection between Africa and the Caribbean.
